HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle full cycle of recruitment.
  • Source for candidates via various recruitment media and social media platform.
  • Coordinate interview, carry out first screening and selection process.
  • Liaise with local universities, colleges for internship program and potential candidates.
  • Attend to career fair and other recruitment activities.

Regional Sales Engineer/Manager (Based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and lead on product & market development projects.
  • To prepare and carry out technical presentation/explanation on products & services to customer/prospective customer.
  • To communicate with customers and engineers to assess the requirement of equipment and system.
  • To understand customer needs and provide pre-sales & post-sales technical assistance, service & support.
  • To build quality relationships with customers & establish new accounts by identifying potential customers.
  • To ensure sales target was achieved in a regular basis.
Requirements:-
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Science/Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years (s) working experience in related field.
  • Prefer candidates knowledgeable in Wafer Fabrication, Semiconductor Testing and Assembly.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is a MUST (both spoken & written). As this position will be required to travel extensively to China and dealing with customers from China.

Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair in order to fulfill customer's needs for company products.
  • Provide training and after-sales support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the instruments and engineering equipment.
  • Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
  • To understand customer needs and provide pre-sales & post-sales technical assistance, service & support.
  • Prepare quotation, costing, and service report.
Requirements:-
  • Possess Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • At least 1 year related working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Pleasant personality with customer oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all related manufacturing departments on product’s software engineering issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-house application for customer samples evaluation.
  • Liaise with sales team and customer to determine the business needs and solution.
  • Provide pre-sales support, which included the following:-
  1. Conduct internal evaluation by providing samples and propose solutions to customers.
  2. Evaluate vision/handler software and provide enhancement report.
  3. Support customer buy-off in factory.
  4. Assist in modifying existing products to improve system performance.
  5. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of problem solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support, which included the following:-
  1. System set up and installation until the machine buy-off.
  2. Provide on-site training to distributors and customers.
  3. Communicate customer feedback to the design team and make appropriate changes in product design.
  4. Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly application schedules and activities reports.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes.

Requirements:-

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic) or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in (both written & spoken) English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspection activities of incoming material and outgoing products.
  • Analyze part failure, perform root cause analysis, and define corrective/preventive action.
  • Develop SOP for inspection.
  • Responsible for product quality and process control.
  • Manage overall instrument calibration and external audit.
  • Assist manager to manage QS of the company.
  • Any other task as required by superior.

 

Requirements:-

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Quality/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Preferably candidates with knowledge & experience in QS 9001, Instruments Calibration and Quality Tools. (eg: 7 Basic QC Tools).
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
