The X-300 is the new benchmark for electric fusion in busy lab environments, thanks to its innovative electric furnace design and revolutionary heating elements that resist flux and chemical attacks. With the ability to initiate the fusion of up to three (3) platinum crucibles loaded with powdered samples, appropriate flux, and other agents, this fluxer is perfect for laboratories looking to maximize their efficiency. Its platinumware holders are made of ceramics, eliminating the risk of contamination during the fusion process.

The furnace heats up to the required temperature in less than 15 minutes, and with automatic active power monitoring, ensures extraordinary temperature stability from one run to the next and across all crucibles. The X-300 comes pre-loaded with various fusion methods that can be customized, saved, renamed, deleted, or copied just like computer files. Its side-to-side rocking of the crucible holder continuously mixes the flux with the sample, resulting in perfectly homogenous glass beads ready for analysis by XRF.

For solution preparation, the X-300 offers exceptional ease of use, and outstanding flexibility. The hot melt is poured into unbreakable beakers containing an acid stirred by an optional magnetic system, making it the new reference for electric fusion in complex, busy lab environments.
