SPECTROCUBE enables a fast, smooth workflow for even the least trained operator, providing unparalleled ease of use. Its compact footprint accommodates a variety of small to large samples. For most analyses, SPECTROCUBE provides the required accuracy with only one universal calibration.

With the latest high-resolution silicon drift detector (SDD) and an ultra-high count rate, SPECTROCUBE handles trace elements with ease. At the same measurement time as previous-generation models, SPECTROCUBE delivers up to 3x higher intensities, for significantly improved precision.
